Uplinkearth is a new OEM customer of the Cologne-based CM-AG. The American Internet hosting provider plans to integrate the CM4all WebsiteCreator homepage toolkit as a central product in its portfolio.

Cologne, 15 June 2004 - CM-AG would like to announce that Uplinkearth, located in Somerset, New Jersey, has licensed the CM4all WebsiteCreator as a new OEM customer. Uplinkearth is a leading provider for hosting and marketing solutions in the USA.

CM-AG will customize the GUI of CM4all ebsiteCreator for Uplinkearth and implement the software in their data center. CM4all WebsiteCreator will become an integral part of Uplinkearth' hosting products. Uplinkearth customers will be able to create and maintain professional websites in the future, including e-commerce functionality.

Now that the CM4all WebsiteCreator has become the standard for high-quality web-based content management for leading Internet service providers such as 1&1, T-Online and Bluewin (Swisscom) in Europe, increasing software distribution in the United States is another important milestone. The CM4all WebsiteCreator has been available in the United States since fall 2003 and CM-AG is currently developing implementations for several other US customers.
